GSA Commercial Platforms Contracts — Performance Work Statements Submitted by Amazon Business, Overstock.com and Fisher Scientific

As part of the competition for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) “commercial platforms” contracts — contracts under which federal users may make micro-purchases directly from established commercial platforms online, such as Amazon.com — the three ultimately successful contractors (see GSA “landing” page) submitted Performance Work Statements (PWS’s) which explained (among other things) how the contractors would “on-board” third-party vendors. The author requested redacted copies of those PWS’s under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to GSA. GSA’s response to the request, and the redacted PWS’s, are linked below.
