Conference at Cité universitaire internationale de Paris

In December 2023, GW Law’s Chris Yukins joined the OECD’s Paulo Magina on a panel at the Cité universitaire internationale de Paris to discuss the OECD’s June 2023 report on Managing Risks in the Public Procurement of Goods, Services and Infrastructure, as part of a symposium organized by Professor Stephane de la Rosa. The panel focused on the role that risk management can play in explaining parallels in procurement laws around the world — from a comparative law perspective, different systems appear to evolve similar laws in order to address and mitigate common risks in public procurement.
