Office of Management & Budget Issues Guidance on Contractor COVID-19 Reimbursement Under the CARES Act’s Section 3610

On April 17, 2020, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, part of the White House, issued guidance on how agencies should implement contractor reimbursement for employees granted leave to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
